You can opt for the  <\/span><b>flat tax<\/b>, a substitute tax with a fixed rate (often 21%) that <b>simplifies tax management<\/b> and avoids additional charges, or ordinary taxation<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, which requires rental income to be included in your income tax return at progressive rates, but allows you to deduct any expenses.
