he best thing to do in Saluzzo is slow down: wander under the arcades, browse the small shops, stop at a café, then head up to the upper town for the views and the more “old Saluzzo” atmosphere.
If you’re into art and history, you’ll find museums and historic residences that tell the story of the city; if you prefer the everyday side of things, it’s just as enjoyable to pop into a bakery or pastry shop, pick something up to take away, and improvise a little urban picnic on a sunny bench.
