There is a corner of the Ligurian Riviera where luxury, sophisticated design, and precious nature come together. When I came here for the first time, I thought this house was a daydream. A magical place to spend special moments in an almost Hollywood-like atmosphere.

Villa Nicole is an exclusive villa with an infinity pool and guest house located in the hills of Andora, immersed in the tranquility of an Italian garden rich in history, fruit trees, blossoming flowers, and an open view of the gulf and the sea as far as the eye can see. Private, yet just a few minutes’ drive from the beaches. A residence designed for those seeking uncompromising comfort, authentic beauty, and the pleasure of feeling truly on another planet.

Contemporary design, high-quality materials

The villa was designed by architect Egidio Gazzolo on behalf of a family of entrepreneurs. The style is modern and linear, in stark contrast to the romanticism of the garden, originally designed in the 1960s and planted by the previous owners.

The high-quality materials used in this exclusive villa with swimming pool do not go unnoticed: evaporated and brushed oak with a natural water-based finish for the floors, Trani stone for the exteriors, glass for the railings and huge windows, textiles by Roche Bobois, and custom-made furniture. Everything conveys an immediate feeling of welcome. It is what is known as effortless chic, an elegance that does not strive to appear so.

The first floor: an elegant and refined living area:

Villa Nicole is arranged over two floors: on the ground floor, there is a living area where you can relax barefoot, with a sofa, an oak dining tablea made from a single plank, and a fully equipped kitchen with a peninsula and snack bar. Here you will find a dishwasher, refrigerator, multifunction oven, air fryer, retractable extractor hood in the worktop, coffee machine, and all the space you need to entertain your guests.

On the ground floor, there are also two bedrooms: a charming double bedroom with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea and embellished with wood paneling—imagine waking up here!—and a bedroom with two single beds. For those who fear too much light from the double-height windows, let me reassure you: the internal and external roller blinds provide all the shade you need.

There are two bathrooms: one serving the living area and one for the two bedrooms.

The floor plan is completed by a laundry room and bathroom with external access for those using the swimming pool.

The second floor: a breathtaking sea view

The second floor of this exclusive villa with swimming pool opens onto a huge living area divided into a lounge with fireplace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, also equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and multifunction oven.

The majestic living room features a sofa in shades of blue, the same colors you can admire from the large floor-to-ceiling window.

Next to it is a dining room with a round marble table, woven fabric chairs, and an exquisite chandelier reminiscent of an aviary that certainly does not go unnoticed. From here, you can also access the large terrace with a dining table for relaxing al fresco dinners.

The sleeping area consists of two wings. The first has a bedroom with large wardrobes and a full bathroom (which also serves the living area).

The second is the villa’s true master bedroom: a spacious and regal double bedroom with sea views, a large walk-in closet for all your outfits, and an en-suite bathroom with a double stone shower.

The third-floor terrace and the parking spaces

Villa Nicole still has a treat in store on the third floor—accessible via internal and external stairs and the private internal elevator. A panoramic terrace overlooking the hills and the sea.

If you arrive here by car, don’t worry about parking. The house has 2 covered parking spaces and 1 semi-covered space, enough for 3 cars.

Infinity pool, hot tub, and waterfall: outdoor luxury

The beating heart of Villa Nicole is its exterior. The glass infinity pool dominates the panoramic terrace, surrounded by sun loungers and shaded areas. Featuring a spectacular waterfall, it transforms every dip into a rejuvenating moment.

The pool also features a separate outdoor hot tub, ensuring relaxing moments of wellness. Sun, silence, greenery: outside, every detail is designed to slow you down.

An Italian garden to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace

All around the villa, a garden tended like a park: paths, neat bushes, Roman-inspired statues, and green vistas that invite you to stroll, chat on the sofas, look out from the belvedere, or read a book on stone benches in the shade of a tree. It almost feels like being in a Jane Austen novel! This outdoor space is a true extension of the home, to be enjoyed at any time of day.

The Italian garden surrounding Villa Nicole was laid out in the 1960s and extends over several levels, following the contours of the hillside. It is rich in roses, citrus trees planted in the ground and in terracotta pots, and a large, scenic palisade hedge with arches separating the two areas of the park. This large green space makes the whole experience even more exclusive and harmonious.

The annex: comfortable and bright

Villa Nicole is completed by an independent two-room apartment, private but full of light, designed to accommodate up to four guests with a sober and functional style, in perfect balance between simplicity and comfort. The private entrance opens onto a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed. The space is designed to be lived in: prepare a simple lunch, read in the cool air, have a leisurely breakfast before heading down to the sea.

Next door is a spacious double bedroom decorated in neutral, relaxing tones, overlooking greenery and offering a cozy atmosphere. The apartment is completed by a modern bathroom with shower.

Although more intimate than the main villa, the annexe does not compromise on comfort. The accommodation is equipped with:
