When I decided to renovate Casa Étoile in Sanremo to turn it into a Vayadù space, I thought about those looking for a vacation home near Sanremo to enjoy the nightlife of the city of the Festival, but without losing out on tranquility. I thought about dynamic people who love company, open-air vacations, and places with a thousand faces because they satisfy their curiosity and energy.

This flat combines an enchanting sea view from both the living room and the bedrooms with plenty of space to live in and a unique location.
The balcony overlooking the sea is perfect for a hearty breakfast before a walk along the promenade, a trip along the western Ligurian cycle path or an outward journey.

Sanremo is less than 6 km away and can be easily reached by car or bike, right through the Riviera dei Fiori coastal park.
The French border and the legendary Côte d’Azur are also just over 10 km away.

Casa Étoile welcomes you with a huge living space flooded with light: ideal for groups of friends or families, it invites you to arrive, turn on the radio and dance a few steps, or leave your beach bags lying around. There is a large sofa bed, a TV, a table that seats six people, and a very spacious white kitchen for comfortable cooking. It is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, and dishwasher.

The house is in front of the sea, with two wonderful bedrooms, flooded with light: the first one is a double bedroom featuring a blue painted headboard and wardrobe. The second one is a bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe, and desk area, in case you want to come here to work remotely – Wi-Fi is included. Both rooms have access to a beautiful balcony facing the sea: not bad to wake up to the sound of the waves, right?

Next to the entrance you can find the third double bedroom, which is smaller but very functional.

With 6 beds, Casa Étoile is the ideal place for an active vacation with family or friends, or perhaps for a sports retreat combining working out by the sea and relaxation in places full of charm. The house is also equipped with heating and air conditioning, so you can enjoy it in both during summer and winter.
