The house preserves the original character of the residence: carved wooden doors,internal arches, and generously sized rooms. The furnishings combine classic elements with Sixties-inspired pieces, creating a balance that makes the villa truly one of a kind.

A historic villa surrounded by greenery

Dimora 1690 already tells you a lot from its name.
The building dates back to the late 17th century and is located in the historic center of Savigliano, surrounded by a park with centuries-old trees.. It’s a beautiful, cool, and sheltered space, perfect for reading a book or having an aperitivo with friends.
It’s also ideal for hosting a yoga or meditation retreat, a book reading, or a team-building session. The villa originally belonged to the historic Riccardino family, which died out in the mid-20th century.
After changing hands a few times, it came to the current family in the late 1960s and was renovated while preserving its original features—such as coffered ceilings and vaulted interiors—along with some late-1960s design details.

Two independent apartments: Ortensia and Erica

Dimora 1690 has been designed to offer two independent apartments, while still maintaining the unified character of the villa.
This makes the property particularly versatile.
The apartments can be booked individually or together, which is ideal for groups or multiple families traveling together. Erica features a large entrance hall with vaulted ceilings, a spacious eat-in kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom, and direct access to the garden. Ortensia , on the other hand, features an entrance onto a double living room, comprising a dining room with a table for 4 and a very large living room with a fireplace and large windows overlooking the garden.
